Para isso foi realizado um estudo de blog e da relação entre Marketing e Gastronomia para dar fundamentação à análise de seu conteúdo. Além disso, para maior aprofundamento da pesquisa, foi aplicada um questionário com o autor, Rafael Mantesso, que forneceu uma visão mais esclarecedora quanto à área e os objetivos propostos para o blog. O trabalho fornece um estudo do tema e especifica a importância de se adquirir referências nas últimas décadas. | The present work is an exploratory - descriptive research and seeks to analyze the relevance of the blog Marketing na Cozinha as a reference for professionals and students in the area. To achieve this goal was made a study of the blog and the relation between marketing and gastronomy to fundament the analysis of its contents. Also, for more thorough research, a questionnaire was applied to the author, Rafael Mantesso, which provided a more insightful view as to the area and the proposed goals for the blog.
